Teresa Schrenker has been a practicing civil attorney in Southern California since 1984, handling a myriad of legal matters for consumers, homeowners, contractors, business owners including matters involving, business and construction disputes, construction defects, real estate disputes, defamation, invasion of privacy, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death and estate planning.

Mrs. Schrenker has also volunteered her time as an arbitrator and judge pro tem for the Orange County Courts. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
